225g Self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
50g butter
150 ml milk
extra milk for brushing
1. Sift flour and salt into a bowl
2. Rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
3. Add milk. Mix to soft dough with knife
4. Knead on a lightly floured work surfac
5. Roll out to about 1cm
6. Cut into rounds with a 6.5cm cutter
7. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. brush with milk
8. Bake at 230°C for 7- minutes
